I recently purchased a second (because I was so happy with the first ) 14x60 Paul C Buff Stripbox for a personal project I am working on. ( see attached image PP). Today, I noticed the new stripbox that was attached to my 1600W strobe was a little askew on the stand; also @PaulCBuffinc
I tried adjusting it when I realized there was something wrong. The wire that holds the softbox to the speed ring had snapped. I had recently purchased the second stripbox at the end of August so I knew all I had to do was call.
I called and actually talked with someone at a company, Amazing! I spoke with David who listened to my story, I told him I took a few pics of the problem. He asked me to email them to him, so I did.

1:03 - One hour and three minutes from the time I dialed customer service, my problem was solved. WHEN does this ever happen in today's world? #hardlyever (I have been a long time Paul C Buff customer 25 plus years from the Ulta 600 days) and today, just now, I was reminded why. I love their light and products, but more importantly their great customer service.
We all are quick to complain about stuff on social media, but not many people take the time to say thank you when we get great service or have a great experience.
