Plan the photography team’s breaks across your wedding weekend
Coordinate meals with the event schedule so the team is ready for the moments that matter.
At a destination celebration, the photography and video teams may be working through several long events. Coordinate their meals with your planner and caterer for each covered gathering, rather than leaving the arrangements until the reception.
Time the break with the celebration
When practical, let the team eat while you and your guests eat. Check that speeches, dances, or a surprise performance will not start during that break, and include the emcee in the plan.
At a spread-out venue, agree on a place where the team can take its break and return promptly. Confirm the arrangements for the welcome dinner as well as the wedding day. Care for the people behind the scenes helps them remain ready for your story.
