Your wedding story begins before the ceremony, and so can the posts. If you would like to share the first photographs yourselves—or keep the whole celebration private—explain that before guests arrive at the destination.
Make privacy part of the weekend plan
Include a warm request in the guest information and have your planner repeat it where helpful. Be specific about whether it covers the welcome events, the wedding, and the farewell. Asking guests to wait is different from asking them never to publish.
Agree separately with your photographer, videographer, planner, and designer on what each may share and when. Discuss any professional preview without treating the timing suggested in the video as a contractual promise. A clear agreement lets everyone enjoy the celebration without guessing whose permission is needed.
