Planning to submit your destination wedding for publication?
Coordinate photography, design details, credits, and privacy preferences from the beginning.
If you hope a magazine or wedding publication will feature your destination celebration, tell your photographer and planner during planning. The photographs need room for the complete setting, thoughtful details, and the people who make it personal.
Give the design its own time
Arrange access when each space is finished and before guests enter. Share the meaning behind personal details, and have the planner or designer help assemble accurate creative-team credits. Different events may have different teams and their own visual stories.
Agree on which photographs may be submitted and how that fits your privacy wishes and any intended publisher’s requirements. Publication cannot be promised. The photographs should first serve your memories; a feature is a possible second life for the work.
